Dance Media Workshop is an opportunity for our dancers to explore their creativity through artistic collaboration.
In this class students will look at samples of how dance organizations around the world are producing content using humor, history, and new media, and then put their imaginations to work toward creating a group project of our own.
Students will engage with their peers, explore their ideas and experiences, and use choreographic games and guided movement-discovery techniques as part of the process toward creating our class project.
What that project turns out to be will be determined by who is in the class and what we can dream up together!
Come join us where dance practice and creative expression meets artistic play!
